Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your session with Imagine Essence LLC.

  • Sessions can be booked directly through my online scheduling system. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time.

  • All final, edited images are delivered via a private online gallery through Pixieset.

    Galleries are delivered within 7-14 business days after your photoshoot, depending on session type. Wedding and Event galleries may require a longer turnaround time, which will be communicated in advance.

  • Online galleries remain active for 14 days from the delivery date. Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their images within this timeframe. A re-upload fee may apply after expiration.

  • The number of images delivered depends on the collection/package selected at the time of booking. Additional images may be available for purchase.

  • No. RAW files are not provided. Final images are professionally edited to reflect my style and artistic vision.

  • Life happens! Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date if proper notice is given.

  • Yes! I travel to locations within Savannah, GA, and nearby areas. Locations outside this area may require a travel fee, which is calculated at $0.50 per mile and discussed prior to your session. All sessions must take place in safe, accessible locations approved in advance.
